Trout went 1-for-3 with a three-run home run, a walk and two total runs in a 9-5 win against the Blue Jays on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
The Angels fell behind by four runs early in the contest, but the team turned it around, and Trout produced the first lead with his 427-foot, three-run shot in the fifth inning. The long ball was the second in as many games for the future Hall of Famer and pushed his hitting streak to seven contests. Trout has reached safely in all eight of the Angels' contests this season and is slashing a robust .346/.528/.769 with three homers and eight RBI.

EDGE Analysis
Trout gave the Angels an early 2-0 lead with a two-run blast of Chris Bassitt that traveled and estimated 441 feet. The future Hall of Famer has homered twice in seven games for the Angels, and he's slashing an outstanding .348/.531/.696 across 23 at-bats.

Trout went 3-for-4 with one double, one homer, two RBI and one run scored in Sunday's victory over the Athletics.
EDGE Analysis
Trout went 0-for-3 during his season debut against Oakland on Thursday, but he recorded a double Saturday and logged two more extra-base hits during Sunday's series finale. The 31-year-old appeared in 119 games last year despite missing approximately a month due to a rib issue, but he still slashed .283/.369/.630 with 40 homers, 85 runs and 80 RBI. Although Trout has dealt with injuries over the last few seasons, he remains an elite fantasy option during his 13th year in the majors.

Trout will not play in the Angels' remaining Cactus League games but will participate in the Freeway Series against the Dodgers before the start of the regular season, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.
EDGE Analysis
Trout won't get any action in Arizona after returning from his time with Team USA in the World Baseball Classic. He officially ended the tournament by striking out against Angels teammate Shohei Ohtani in the championship game, but he did play well in the WBC with a .296/.406/.556 slash line. Trout should have his timing at the plate down by this point in spring, and another stellar season is expected as long as he can maintain reasonably good health.

Trout is slashing .318/.444/.591 with a home run, a double, a triple, seven RBI, four runs and a stolen base in six games with Team USA in the World Baseball Classic.
EDGE Analysis
Though Trea Turner has absorbed much of the spotlight for a United States team that will be playing in the WBC final Tuesday, Trout has been a major part of the offense as well, ranking second on the team with seven RBI. After missing over 40 games with a back injury last year, the future Hall of Famer appears fully healthy this spring, as he's one of four players on Team USA who has played in all six tournament contests thus far. Trout is still one of the best hitters in baseball, so he's pretty much guaranteed to be an elite offensive producer as long as he remains healthy.

Trout told Sam Blum of The Athletic on Friday that his back has been a "non-issue" for four months.
EDGE Analysis
Trout missed time last season with a rare back condition called costovertebral dysfunction, which is a chronic injury. However, he showed no ill effects after returning, posting a 1.056 OPS with 16 home runs over 40 games down the stretch. The back problem remains a long-term concern and Trout has been an injury risk in recent years even beyond the back issue. However, it has not affected his offseason work and he's on track to enter spring training healthy.

Trout went 2-for-3 with a walk and a solo home run Wednesday against the Athletics.
EDGE Analysis
Trout took Norge Ruiz deep in the eighth inning to tally his first 40-homer season since 2019. He ended the campaign with a surge of power to reach that mark, as he slugged four long balls across his last nine games. Though Trout again missed time due to injury this season, he ended the campaign with a very impressive .283/.369/.630 line across 499 plate appearances.

Trout (foot) went 3-for-4 with a solo home run, a walk and two total runs scored in Sunday's 8-3 win over the Rangers.
EDGE Analysis
Trout missed only one game with foot soreness after fouling a ball off his foot Friday. The 31-year-old made an impact in his return, scoring the opening run in the first inning and adding a solo shot in the fourth. He's homered three times in his last six games and he's up to 39 for the year, one shy of reaching the 40-homer mark for the third time in his career. The star outfielder has added a .282/.367/.627 slash line with 79 RBI, 84 runs scored and a stolen base through 116 contests.

Trout (foot) is starting in center field and batting second Sunday against the Rangers, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Trout was held out of Saturday's lineup due to foot soreness, but his quick return indicates the injury isn't a serious concern. The 31-year-old is coming off an electric September, as he had a .301/.365/.710 slash line with 10 home runs, eight doubles, 20 RBI and 20 runs in 24 games.

Trout will sit Saturday against the Rangers due to a sore foot, Sarah Valenzuela of the Los Angeles Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Trout's performance has been as strong as ever this season, but injuries have limited him to 115 games. His latest issue, which developed after he fouled a ball off his foot Friday, doesn't seem to be particularly serious, but the Angels have no incentive to push things at the end of a lost season. Taylor Ward will slide to center field Saturday, with Luis Rengifo moving out to right.
