Pelfrey will start Tuesday's game, Phil Miller of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports. Monday's game was postponed, so, as expected, Pelfrey will simply have his start pushed back a day. The Twins are yet to announce their pitching plans beyond Tuesday, but Pelfrey would appear to be on course to start Sunday, as well, when the Twins play host to Milwaukee.

Monday's game between the Twins and Red Sox has been postponed, so Pelfrey will not start Monday as scheduled. Monday's game will be made up as part of a doubleheader Wednesday, and Pelfrey figures to have his start simply pushed back to Tuesday. While he will not go Monday as expected, he should still get two starts this week -- Tuesday in Boston and Sunday at home against the Brewers.

Pelfrey gave up just one run on five hits in seven innings of work on Tuesday against the Red Sox. Pelfrey earned his fourth win of the season on Tuesday, walking one batter and striking out four. He's now 4-1 with a 2.77 ERA and has been very solid for the Twins up to this point. He'll get the Blue Jays at home in his next start.

Pelfrey turned in six strong innings Wednesday against Pittsburgh, striking out five with no walks (though he did hit a batter) while allowing just one run on five hits. He received no decision, as this game ended up needing 13 innings to be resolved. This was probably Pelfrey's strongest outing of the year, but it's hard to count on him keeping it up -- a 4.49 FIP puts the lie to his even 3.00 ERA, with Pelfrey's high-contact ways and unimpressive control likely to come back and bite him more often moving forward. His next start will be against Boston on Tuesday.

Pelfrey (3-1) was battered for 10 hits, five runs (four earned) and two walks over 4.2 innings in Thursday's blowout loss to Detroit. If you looked at Pelfrey's numbers coming into Thursday's game -- a horrendous 16:13 K:BB next to his surprising 2.62 ERA and 1.22 WHIP -- you knew the other shoe was going to drop at some point, and sooner rather than later. Indeed it did, and if his 4.89 FIP is any indicator, Pelfrey's due to take a few more licks before his stats normalize. He's slated to face the Pirates on Wednesday.

Pelfrey allowed two runs on six hits, walking two and recording no strikeouts over seven innings of a 9-3 victory against the Indians on Friday night. Pelfrey (3-0, 2.62 ERA) has been a pleasant surprise for the Twins this season. He has turned in solid performances in four of five starts, and while he doesn't ring up many strikeouts, he is pushing to become fantasy relevant while taking a regular turn for the red-hot Twins.

Pelfrey gave up just two runs, but lasted just 3.1 innings in Sunday's win over the White Sox. He was staked to a 7-0 lead, but was pulled in the fourth inning after hitting three batters. Pelfrey seemed set to record an easy win before losing command with two walks and three hit batters. Pelfrey seemed set to turn his career around with three strong outings before Sunday, so we'll need to see how he bounces back.

Pelfrey gave up two runs over seven innings with seven strikeouts, two walks and three hits in Tuesday's win over Detroit to improve to 2-0. It was an impressive outing as Pelfrey had just seven strikeouts in his first 17 innings before Tuesday. Pelfrey is healthier now than he's ever been with the Twins (he had elbow surgery last season and in 2014 was coming back from Tommy John surgery), so it's possible he's turned the corner. However, we'd like to see another outing or two like this before we're convinced.

Pelfrey threw seven shutout innings in Wednesday's victory over Kansas City to earn his first win since 2013. He had four strikeouts and two walks and lowered his ERA to 2.65. Pelfrey had been 5-16 with a 5.56 ERA his prior two seasons with the Twins. While he's healthier now than he's ever been with the Twins (he had elbow surgery last season and in 2014 was coming back from Tommy John surgery), there are still some worrisome signs. He has just a 7:8 K:BB ratio in 17 innings in three starts, so proceed with caution on his fantasy value.

Pelfrey gave up one run over five innings, but got a no-decision in Friday's win over Cleveland. He allowed just three hits but had four walks and two strikeouts. Pelfrey retired nine of the first 10 hitters he faced, but then walked three in the fourth inning and was bailed out by a play at the plate to prevent more than one run to score. While his second start was better than his first (4 ER) he has an ungly 4:5 K:BB ratio in ten innings.
