Moustakas was removed from Saturday's game in Pittsburgh with a bruised right hand.
EDGE Analysis
Moustakas was hit by a Felipe Vazquez fastball in the top of the ninth inning and stayed in to run the bases, eventually scoring on Keston Hiura's game-tying homer. The veteran infielder didn't retake the field for the bottom of the frame. The early diagnosis of a bruise is good news, but it still wouldn't be surprising to see him undergo X-rays. Moustakas went 1-for-4 with two runs scored and a solo home run prior to exiting the contest.

Moustakas went 4-for-6 with two home runs, four RBI and two runs scored during Thursday's 11-5 win over the Pirates.
EDGE Analysis
Moustakas did plenty of damage early in this one, hitting a two-run home run in the first inning before dispatching a solo shot to right in the third. He then capped off his first four-hit effort of the season with an RBI single in the eighth. Moustakas was just 1-for-11 over his previous three games and will look to build on this bounce-back effort.

Moustakas was ejected in the top of the seventh inning of Sunday's game against the Phillies, Tom Haudricourt of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
EDGE Analysis
It's unclear what Moustakas said to warrant the ejection, but umpire Mike Estabrook tossed the third baseman after a brief conversation between the two in the field. It's the fourth career ejection for Moustakas and his first since joining the Brewers ahead of the 2018 trade deadline. He went hitless in his four at-bats on the day before being replaced by Keston Hiura.

Moustakas went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in a 7-2 loss to the Phillies on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
The 30-year-old has continued to display a ton of power this season. He has seven extra-base hits, including four home runs in the last 11 games. Moustakas has 13 doubles and 13 home runs, giving him a .549 slugging percentage despite just a .266 average. For more symmetry Moustakas also has 32 RBI and 32 runs with three stolen bases in 184 at-bats this season.

Moustakas went 3-for-5 with a solo home run and three runs in an 11-9 victory against the Reds on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
The 30-year-old has been a little bit of all or nothing over the last week. This was his second three-hit game that included a home run since May 16, but in his other four games since then, he went 2-for-14 (.143). Overall, the hot and cold days over the last seven days have moved his average up one point. Moustakas is batting .260 with a .531 slugging percentage, 12 home runs, 30 RBI, 30 runs and three steals in 177 at-bats this season.

Moustakas went 1-for-5 with a run and stolen base in a 4-3 loss to the Braves on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
This was the veteran infielder's first swiped bag since May 6. He only has three steals this season, but for a guy who isn't known for speed who also has 11 home runs, that's not bad at all. Moustakas also doesn't have any caught stealings. He is hitting .262 with 23 extra-base hits, 29 RBI and 27 runs in 164 at-bats.

Moustakas is not in the lineup for Friday's series opener in Atlanta, David O'Brien of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Moustaka will take a seat for the second time since returning from his finger injury at the end of April. He slashed .276/.308/.517 with five home runs and 19 RBI in that stretch. Hernan Perez will start at third base Friday with southpaw Max Fried on the mound for the Braves.

Moustakas will start at third base and bat cleanup Thursday against the Phillies.
EDGE Analysis
Moustakas has been a mainstay in the lineup all season, but prior to the promotion of top prospect Keston Hiura on Tuesday, the 30-year-old had seen the bulk of his action at the keystone. With Hiura now settling into a full-time role at second base, Moustakas will shift over to his more natural position at third base, replacing the injured Travis Shaw (wrist). Moustakas has already made 27 starts at second base and will pick up his 12th start at the hot corner Thursday, putting him well on his way to maintaining eligibility at both positions in most fantasy leagues heading into 2020.

Moustakas went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run in a 7-3 victory against the Nationals on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Since returning from a fractured right ring finger on April 26, Moustakas has hits in 11 of the last 12 games. During that stretch, he has gone 17-for-54 (.315) with three home runs and 14 RBI. Overall, that's improved his average to .272 with nine homers, 24 RBI, 19 runs and two steals in 125 at-bats this season.

Moustakas is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Mets.
EDGE Analysis
The platoon edge isn't in Moustakas' favor with lefty Jason Vargas on the hill for the Mets, but the veteran slugger's absence from the lineup probably has more to do with him playing all 18 innings in Saturday's 4-3 win. With Moustakas getting a much-needed day off, Hernan Perez will pick up a start at the keystone.
