Taylor went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run Thursday against the Blue Jays.
EDGE Analysis
Taylor deposited a Hyun-Jin Ryu offering into the center field seats in the fourth inning. It was his second home run of the season, though he has no other hits in 15 plate appearances. With Juan Soto (illness) nearing a return, Taylor will likely find his playing time squeezed shortly.

Taylor isn't in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Blue Jays.
EDGE Analysis
Taylor had started in the previous three contests for the Nationals as Juan Soto (illness) continues to await clearance to play, but he'll sit out Tuesday's game. He went 1-for-11 with a solo home run, one walk and two strikeouts to begin the year. Emilio Bonifacio will take over in left field, batting ninth.

Taylor went 1-for-3 with a walk and a solo home run in Saturday's win over the Yankees.
EDGE Analysis
The outfielder took Luis Avilan deep in the eighth inning for his first homer of 2020. Taylor will continue to hold down the fort in left field until Juan Soto clears the league's COVID-19 protocols, but his spot at the bottom of the batting order limits his fantasy potential.

Taylor will handle fourth outfielder duties for the Nationals when the regular season begins.
EDGE Analysis
Adam Eaton was dealing with a hamstring issue during camp, opening up the possibility Taylor might be in the Opening Day starting nine, but the delayed start to the season should give Eaton more than enough time to recover. Taylor barely got onto the field last year with the team's starting outfield mostly healthy all season and even spent time back at Double-A, but he's shown in the past he can contribute when he receives steady playing time, making him a solid insurance policy for Washington.

Taylor signed a one-year, $3.3 million contract with the Nationals on Thursday, avoiding arbitration, Mark Feinsand of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Taylor will avoid going to an arbitration hearing after settling with Washington. He slashed .250/.305/.364 with one home run, three RBI and six stolen bases over 53 matchups. He figures to slot in as the team's fourth outfielder in 2020.

Taylor went 1-for-1 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 12-3 win over Houston in Game 2 of the World Series.
EDGE Analysis
Taylor entered the game for center fielder Victor Robles in the bottom of the eighth inning with the Nationals leading 11-2 and was responsible for Washington's final run of the night with his solo blast in the ninth. It was Taylor's first at-bat of the World Series, but the reserve outfielder has had a nice showing overall in the 2019 postseason, hitting .333 (7-for-21) with a pair of homers.

Taylor went 2-for-2 with a run scored and two stolen bases in the Nationals' 8-2 win over the Indians on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Taylor relieved Juan Soto in left field midway through the game and practically had a perfect day as he was flawless at the plate and took advantage on the base path, stealing two bags while Mike Clevinger was on the mound. The 28-year-old caps off the regular season with a .250/.305/.364 slashline and had just one home run and three RBI in 97 plate appearances. He will serve as an option off the bench for the Nationals as they attempt to win their first World Series in franchise history.

EDGE Analysis
Taylor launched his first home run of the season with a 390-foot shot off Jason Vargas in the second inning. He also doubled in the fourth and singled in the seventh. The 28-year-old outfielder was recalled from Triple-A Harrisburg on Sept. 3. Across 51 games in the majors, Taylor is batting .233/.290/.337.

Taylor was recalled from Triple-A Harrisburg on Tuesday, Mark Zuckerman of MASN Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
Taylor was demoted to Double-A at the end of June after struggling to a .211 average over 43 games in the majors, but he'll get another chance in the big leagues after rosters expanded Sunday. Wilmer Difo was also included in this round of callups.

Taylor was optioned to Double-A Harrisburg on Friday, Mark Zuckerman of MASN Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
Taylor went 3-for-20 while starting only four games in June, so it's no surprise to see him headed to Triple-A. The 28-year-old has a .211/.277/.276 slash line in 85 plate appearances this season. Gerardo Parra will continue to serve as the Nationals' fourth outfielder.
