Kepler (quadriceps) is out of the lineup again Monday as the Twins take on the Tigers, Aaron Gleeman of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Reports from Sunday suggested Kepler would avoid the injured list, but he still doesn't feel strong enough to start Monday and will miss his second straight contest. If he isn't cleared to play in Tuesday's doubleheader, the Twins could decide he needs the injured list after all, per Betsy Helfand of the St. Paul Pioneer Press. Trevor Larnach is starting in right field and batting fifth.
