Cincinnati Reds infielder Matt Reynolds cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A Louisville on Thursday. Reynolds has the option to decline the outright assignment and become a free agent after he was designated for assignment last Friday to make room on the 40-man roster for right-hander Luke Weaver.
