Olson went 1-for-3 with a three-run home home run in Friday's 6-2 win over the Mariners.
EDGE Analysis
Olson now has five homers and a .250 average to go with eight RBI and 11 runs scored in 18 games. Olson missed about a month with a hand injury, but had returned to a mostly everyday role at first base. Over his last four games, he's gone 6-for-15 with two homers, two doubles, four RBI and four runs scored.

Olson went 2-for-4 with two doubles, a walk and a run in a win over the Indians on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Olson continued his recent stretch of hard contact Wednesday, as he now has six extra-base hits (two doubles, four home runs) over his last nine starts. The young slugger's previously injured hand, which was the cause of a 34-game absence earlier this year, appears to be back to full health, if Olson's offense since returning is any indication.

Olson went 2-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in a win over the Indians on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
Olson launched a Carlos Carrasco third-inning offering 417 feet into the right-field bleachers for his fourth homer of the campaign. The 25-year-old has hit all of those round trippers over the last eight games, a stretch during which he also has all five of his RBI for the season.

Olson is not in the lineup Saturday against the Tigers.
EDGE Analysis
Olson sits for the first time since returning from the injured list May 7. He'll head to the bench in favor of Mark Canha with lefty Matthew Boyd on the hill for the Tigers, but it doesn't appear as though he's destined for a platoon role, as he started twice against lefties earlier in the week.

Olson went 2-for-6 with a solo home run and two runs scored Thursday against the Tigers.
EDGE Analysis
Olson took Blaine Hardy deep in the sixth inning for his third home run of the season. While he went 4-for-20 across his first five starts after being activated from the injured list, Olson has since homered in three of his last four games. While 13 strikeouts across his 47 plate appearances this season has kept Olson's batting average to a .214 mark, his power production is certainly returning to form.

Olson went 1-for-4 with a walk and a solo home run in Monday's 6-5 extra-inning loss to the Mariners.
EDGE Analysis
The hand injury which cost him 34 games doesn't seem to be affecting Olson's power stroke at all, despite an earlier-than-expected return from the IL -- he's now gone yard in back-to-back games. The first baseman now sports a .219/.324/.438 slash line in nine contests sandwiched around the injury.

Olson went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk Sunday against Cleveland.
EDGE Analysis
Olson left the yard in the sixth inning for the first time this year, but it wasn't enough to power Oakland to victory. In eight games since coming off the injured list, the 25-year-old is 6-for-28 with three walks and two extra-base hits.

Olson went 2-for-4 with a double in a loss to the Reds on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Olson managed the only multi-hit effort of the night for the Athletics in a game during which their offense was thoroughly stymied. The young infielder has now put together a pair of two-hit tallies in his three games since returning to action following his hand injury, with Thursday's two-bagger serving as his first extra-base hit of the season. Olson is still in the process of getting his time back at the plate -- he's struck out two times apiece in each of his first three games since returning.

Olson will start at first base and bat cleanup Thursday against the Reds.
EDGE Analysis
The Athletics haven't eased Olson back into action in his return from a six-week absence following his recovery from right hand surgery. He'll pick up his third start at first base in as many days after going 2-for-9 with four strikeouts over the first two games of the series with Cincinnati. Olson has slotted in as the Athletics' No. 4 hitter in all of those contests, but could drop a spot or two in the lineup versus left-handed pitching.

Olson (hand) was reinstated from the injured list as expected Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
Olson made it just two games into the season before suffering a broken hamate bone. He should resume an everyday role at first base now that he's healthy. Skye Bolt was optioned in a corresponding move.
