Allen (7-9) earned the win over the Rockies on Tuesday, allowing two runs on eight hits and a walk while striking out three in seven innings.
EDGE Analysis
Allen provided the Guardians with some much-needed length, going seven innings for the first time since July 24, 2023. He was staked to a seven-run lead by the third inning and kept the Guardians well in front by inducing plenty of week contact. Allen's only major blemishes were a pair of solo home runs, and he's now allowed three runs or fewer in eight of his last nine starts. He's down to a 4.06 ERA, 1.36 WHIP and 81:40 K:BB in 108.2 innings and lines up to face the Mets on the road next week.

Allen (6-9) took the loss after throwing 6.1 innings, allowing four runs on seven hits and no walks while striking out four, during Thursday's 4-3 loss to the Orioles.
EDGE Analysis
Allen's streak of seven straight starts without allowing more than three earned runs is over after allowing four runs Thursday. The left-hander has gotten some tough results lately, sporting a 1-5 record in his last six starts with a 4.08 ERA, 32 hits allowed and 28 strikeouts in 35.1 innings. The 26-year-old is slated to take the mound next against the Rockies at home.

Allen (6-8) took the loss against the Athletics on Saturday, allowing three runs on eight hits and one walk while striking out four batters over 5.1 innings.
EDGE Analysis
Allen was sharp through three innings, retiring nine of the 10 batters he faced. Things took a major turn for the worse for him in the fourth, however, as the A's led off the frame with three straight doubles and four consecutive hits overall to score three times. Allen got into trouble again in the fifth and the sixth, though no additional runs were charged to his ledger. The lefty saw a stretch of three straight quality starts come to an end, but he did manage to yield three or fewer runs for the seventh consecutive outing. Allen will carry a 4.06 ERA into his next start, which lines up to come at home versus Baltimore.

Allen (6-7) picked up the win in the first game of Friday's doubleheader against the White Sox, allowing two runs on one hit and two walks over six innings. He struck out five.
EDGE Analysis
The southpaw served up a two-run shot to Luis Robert in the second inning, but otherwise Allen was nearly untouchable as he tossed 56 of 92 pitches for strikes in his third straight quality start and his fifth of the season. Allen will head into the All-Star break with a 4.00 ERA, 1.37 WHIP and 70:38 K:BB through 90 innings.

Thursday's game between the Guardians and White Sox was postponed due to rain, pushing back Allen's start, Scott Merkin of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
The teams are set for a doubleheader Friday, with Allen set to take the ball in Game 1 at 3:10 pm ET, per Tim Stebbins of MLB.com. Allen has been inconsistent this season, though he's allowed three or fewer earned runs and completed at least five innings in five consecutive outings.

Allen (5-7) took the loss Saturday against the Tigers after giving up one run on two hits and two walks across six innings. He struck out five.
EDGE Analysis
The left-hander delivered one of his better starts of the season, but he was still charged with the loss as Spencer Torkelson's second-inning solo homer was the only run of the contest. Allen has covered five-plus frames in each of his past six outings, and he has a 3.85 ERA and 27:11 K:BB over 35 innings during that stretch. He lines up to finish the first half with a favorable matchup versus the White Sox next week.

Allen (5-6) took the loss Sunday against the Cardinals, allowing three runs on six hits and two walks over six innings. He struck out six.
EDGE Analysis
Allen found himself in trouble in the first inning, allowing a walk and a single before giving up a three-run homer to Nolan Gorman with two outs. Allen eventually settled in and blanked the Cardinals over his final five innings, logging a quality start, though the Guardians failed to provide any run support in an eventual 7-0 defeat. The left-hander sports a 4.27 ERA with a 1.49 WHIP and 60:34 K:BB across 78 innings this season. Allen is currently scheduled to face the Tigers at home in his next outing.

Allen (5-5) took the loss Tuesday as the Guardians were downed 10-6 by the Blue Jays, giving up four runs (three earned) on eight hits and two walks over 5.2 innings. He struck out four.
EDGE Analysis
The southpaw nearly eked out a quality start, but Allen got lifted after 104 pitches (70 strikes) with runners on the corners and two outs in the sixth inning, and Bo Bichette coming to the plate. It's only the second time this season Allen has been allowed to cross the 100-pitch threshold, and he continues to have difficulty putting together a long stretch of effectiveness. Over his last six appearances (five starts) he's gone 3-3 with a 4.88 ERA, 1.45 WHIP and 20:11 K:BB in 27.2 innings. He'll look for a better result in his next trip to the mound, which lines up to come at home this weekend against the Cardinals.

Allen (5-4) earned the win over San Francisco on Wednesday, allowing two runs on four hits and two walks while striking out four batters over 5.1 innings.
EDGE Analysis
Allen cruised through four scoreless frames before giving up a two-run homer to Heliot Ramos in the fifth. The lefty hurler finished that inning and was brought out for the sixth but faced just one batter -- whom he retired -- before being lifted at 95 pitches. Though that prevented him from notching consecutive quality starts for the first time this season, the outing as a whole was a positive one for Allen, who has picked up two straight wins for the first time on the campaign while giving up just four runs across 11.1 innings in those outings. Allen will look to keep that momentum in his next start, which lines up to be a home matchup versus Toronto.

Allen (4-4) picked up the win Wednesday, giving up two runs on four hits and a walk over six innings in an 11-2 rout of the Reds. He struck out six.
EDGE Analysis
The left-hander did serve up two solo shots, getting taken deep by Elly De La Cruz in the fourth inning and TJ Friedl in the sixth, but Allen had already been staked to a 4-0 lead by the end of the third. The quality start was only Allen's second of the year, but Wednesday's outing was the first time he's given up multiple homers in the same game. He'll take a 4.28 ERA, 1.51 WHIP and 46:28 K:BB through 61 innings into his next start, which is scheduled to come on the road next week in San Francisco.
