Kyle Seager stayed hot on Monday, hitting a three-run homer and walking twice in the Mariners' 5-1 victory versus the Padres.
Seager's three-run homer in the first gave Seattle a lead it never once sweated the possibility of losing. Tyson Ross shouldn't feel bad: Nobody has been able to get Seager out over the past few days. He is now 7-for-10 with a pair of walks, two doubles and six RBI in his past three games, a kick that has spiked his batting average from .243 to .261. After collecting 69 RBI over 160 contests in 2013, Seager has 45 in 67 games this year. He's on pace for 104.

Kyle Seager went 4-for-4 with three RBI in the Mariners' 5-1 win over the Rangers on Sunday.
A pair of doubles did the damage for Seager, as he had a two-run double in the fifth before driving in another with a double in the eighth. He's 16-for-57 (.280) with nine RBI in June as he continues to rebound from his terrible start to the season. The third baseman is batting .259/.336/.457 on the year as a whole.

Kyle Seager had a two-run double in the Mariners' win over the Rays on Sunday.
The game was a scoreless tie heading into the ninth inning, when the Mariners put up a five spot. Seager put the exclamation point on the big inning, lacing a two-run double off Rays closer Grant Balfour. He's now got 39 RBI to go with a .253/.333/.465 line.

Kyle Seager homered, tripled twice and doubled to lead the Mariners to a 10-2 win over the Yankees on Monday.
Might this finally be enough to cause Lloyd McClendon to bat him higher than fifth in the lineup? Probably not. Seager is the Mariners leader in OPS and homers, yet he's still stuck behind Justin Smoak in the order. His RBI numbers are strong anyway, but his runs total is lacking. Anyway, Seager's 12 total bases tonight matches the second highest total of the year so far. Only Chris Davis, who had three homers and a single on May 20, has collected more.

Kyle Seager did most of the damage for the Mariners on Friday, connecting on a two-run homer and a double off Justin Verlander.
Seager is back looking like the Mariners' second best hitter, but manager Lloyd McClendon still won't put him into the top half of the lineup, even on a night when Robinson Cano is sidelined. It's holding back his fantasy value, costing him at-bats and runs scored.

Kyle Seager went 3-for-5 with two RBI as the Mariners beat the Rangers 6-2 on Tuesday.
Seager came through with a two-run single in the third inning, the biggest hit of the night for the M's. He later doubled off Ranger reliever Aaron Poreda, his 10th double of the year and his first extra-base hit since May 11. Seager appeared to be finding his rhythm at the plate before falling back into another cold streak recently, but maybe Tuesday's three-hit effort can help turn the tide back in the positive direction.

Kyle Seager is back in the Mariners' lineup Sunday.
Seager missed a couple games with the flu. He started out slowly but is batting .340/.417/.717 over his last 14 games, so fantasy owners should get him back in their lineup.

Kyle Seager went 2-for-4 with two home runs, including a game-winning three run shot, to lead the Mariners to a 6-5 victory over the Rangers on Sunday.
Seager hit a solo shot in the seventh to pull the Mariners within two runs, and the next inning he pulled an Alexi Ogando pitch into the right field seats for a three-run blast. It was the second time in four days Seager had a two-homer game, and the third baseman has all five of his homers in the last four games. After an absolutely woeful start to the year, Seager is one of the hottest hitters going right now.
