Kevin Gausman (SP, SF) - Week 5 Waiver Wire Pickups rotoballer.com Sat 8/15/20 4:40 PM
BALLER MOVE:Add in 12+ Team LeaguesOWNED IN: 11% of leaguesANALYSIS: Kevin Gausman has gone under the radar somewhat in 2020 which isn't too surprising given he's got a 4.05 ERA and has a 0-1 record in four appearances (three starts). His role seemed a bit up-in-the-air when he made his season debut in relief for the Giants but he has since made three starts and outside the three earned runs he gave up in 4.1 IP against the Padres, Gausman has been good. He's also put up very good strikeout ...

Ender Inciarte, Kevin Gausman Set For Simulated Game rotoballer.com Fri 6/28/19 11:38 PM
Atlanta Braves outfielder Ender Inciarte (back) and starting pitcher Kevin Gausman (foot) will both take part in a simulated game on Sunday. Inciarte has been out since May 14 and was hitting just .218/.300/.323 with two home runs, 13 runs, nine RBI and three steals before his injury. When he returns, he might find himself on the bench more often than not with rookie Austin Riley impressing in the outfield. Gausman has been bad for the Braves, going 2-5 with a 6.21 ERA, 1.51 [...]
Kevin Gausman Lands on Injured List rotoballer.com Tue 6/11/19 5:53 PM
Atlanta Braves starting pitcher Kevin Gausman (foot) has been placed on the 10-day injured list. Gausman is dealing with plantar fasciitis, so he could be looking at a lengthy absence here. He has a 6.21 ERA this season, so this could be a good thing for both the Braves and Gausman. He belongs on the waiver wire in basically all fantasy formats. Sean Newcomb is expected to take over in the starting rotation for Gausman.

Atlanta Braves starter Kevin Gausman allowed four runs (two earned) on five hits in 2 1/3 innings of work during a 13-7 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates on Monday. Gausman struck out four batters while walking one. The 28-year-old has been dismal as of late, allowing 17 earned runs over his past 8 1/3 innings. His 6.21 ERA and 1.51 WHIP should be more than enough reason to relegate the right-hander to the waiver wire as he faces the Philadelphia Phillies in his next start.
