Bour went 1-for-3 with two walks and two runs scored in Friday's 4-0 win over the Padres.
EDGE Analysis
The first baseman still isn't supplying the big-time power the Marlins were hoping for, but he's at least digging himself out of his early-season hole at the plate, slashing .304/.365/.457 over his last 12 games with one homer, four RBI and six runs. Bour's relative lack of production -- he does have 10 home runs and 27 RBI in 61 games -- is at least partially due to other teams pitching around the only real long-ball threat in Miami's batting order, as his 17.4 percent walk rate is over six points higher than his career mark.

Bour went 3-for-4 with an RBI double in Thursday's 4-1 loss to the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
The Marlins managed just one run on four hits and Bour was responsible for nearly all of it. This was his first multi-hit effort since May 29 when he recorded three consecutive such games. The 30-year-old slugger is slashing just .245/.371/.439 with 10 home runs in 2018.

Bour went 2-for-4 with a double and two strikeouts in Tuesday's loss to the Padres.
EDGE Analysis
The two-bagger extended Bour's streak to a modest three straight with an extra-base hit and he's gone 6-for-12 with three runs scored in that span. The Miami lineup typically won't provide many run-producing opportunities for the 30-year-old, so he'll need to improve upon his .248 average and .467 slugging -- both of which would be career-lows over a full season -- to really get going.

Bour went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's loss to the Nationals.
EDGE Analysis
It's his 10th homer of the season, and first in 10 games. Bour failed to record a single RBI during that power outage, leaving him with only 24 through 50 games on the year, and his .236/.381/.452 slash line is an indication of how few hittable pitches the Marlins' lone true slugger is seeing. Until he gets some help in the lineup, don't expect a big improvement in his numbers.

Bour hit a pinch-hit three-run home run Sunday against the Braves.
EDGE Analysis
Bour entered the game as a pinch-hitter in the ninth inning and launched his eighth home run of the season to cut the Marlins deficit to one. He had gone 4-for-24 over his past nine games prior to this home run, so maybe the day off will allow him to get back on track at the plate.

Bour is not in the lineup Sunday against the Braves, Joe Frisaro of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bour hasn't pieced together a multi-hit performance since April 22 and currently holds a career-low .228 average. He has, however, drawn walks in nearly 19 percent of his plate appearances, which has helped to buoy his value up to this point. With Bour out of the lineup, Miguel Rojas will pick up a start at first base.

Bour went 1-for-2 with a two-run home run and a pair of walks in Tuesday's loss to the Cubs.
EDGE Analysis
Bour's shot got the Marlins on the board in the first inning, and they'd add another run in the opening frame before ultimately losing 4-3. The 29-year-old is hitting just .190 in May with seven strikeouts in as many games, but he does have three homers in the month to give him seven on the year -- on pace to top last year's career-high 25.

Bour (back) is back in the lineup Wednesday against the Phillies, Joe Frisaro of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bour had missed four starts with back spasms, though he was able to return as a pinch hitter Tuesday. He's hitting a solid .253/.356/.448 with five homers through his first 101 plate appearances.

Bour (back) went 1-for-2 with a solo home run in Tuesday's extra-inning win over the Phillies.
EDGE Analysis
Pinch hitting for Jarlin Garcia in the sixth inning, Bour took Zach Eflin deep for his fifth homer of the season and then remained in the game at first base. Manager Don Mattingly could elect to keep Bour out of the starting lineup again Wednesday, giving his back extra rest with an off day coming Thursday, but it appears as though the slugger is ready to rejoin the starting nine.

Bour (back) is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Phillies, Joe Frisaro of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bour took batting practice Monday and was hoping to return to action Tuesday, but he'll remain sidelined for a fourth straight game as he continues to deal back spasms. The fact that he was eying Tuesday as a return date suggests that he's nearing a return and won't need a stint on the DL, though it's still unclear when he'll return to action. Derek Dietrich will once again start at first base in his stead, hitting cleanup.
