Pirates optioned INF Josh Harrison to Triple-A Indianapolis. Harrison gets the boot, despite batting .283 with two doubles and four RBI over his first 62 major league plate appearances. In a corresponding roster move, the Pirates are expected to promote infielder Chase d'Arnaud from the minors before Friday's game.

Josh Harrison returned from his right oblique injury Thursday, finishing 1-for-3 with an RBI double in the Pirates' 5-4 win over the Astros. His double hit off Michael Bourn's glove after he dove for it, giving Harrison a seven-game hitting streak. In fact, he has at least one hit in nine of his 10 games since being called up on June 1st.
