Josh Harrison homered, doubled and made a terrific catch in left field in the eighth inning Sunday as part of the win over the Yankees. Harrison started game two of the doubleheader at third base and made a couple of nice plays there, but it was his catch in left field, robbing Yangervis Solarte of what would have been a big double with a man on first in a one-run game, that will make the highlight reel. Harrison is now batting .304 in 56 at-bats for the season, and he figures to be looking at more outfield time with Starling Marte and Jose Tabata banged up. That makes him a pretty good pickup in NL-only leagues.

Pirates recalled INF/OF Josh Harrison from Triple-A Indianapolis. Harrison is 2-for-13 in 12 games with the Pirates this season. He'll provide depth off the bench.

Josh Harrison went 4-for-6 with two runs scored Sunday against the Astros. Harrison raised his average from .231 to .243 in his first start in 11 days. He got pretty regular time back in May and again for a little spell in August, but as difficult of a time as he's had getting on base, he shouldn't be penciled in for a spot on next year's bench.
