Hader was tagged for four earned runs in just 0.2 innings in Wednesday's victory over the Reds.
EDGE Analysis
Hader had given up just 11 earned runs all season prior to Wednesday's contest, but the Brewers were able to pick up their ace reliever and still come through with the win. Hader's ERA now sits at 2.05 -- the highest it has been since April 11. Still, given how steady he has been all season, expect him to bounce back in short order.

Hader tossed two perfect innings of relief in Sunday's victory over the Pirates.
EDGE Analysis
Hader entered the game probably an inning before manager Craig Counsell would have wanted to use him, but that did not stop him from shutting down the Pirates entirely. Hader struck out two batters Sunday and continues to pile up the punchouts, recording at least two in five straight appearances. He has not piled up saves lately, however, as Counsell has opted to use Hader for two innings in three straight appearances while letting fellow reliever Jeremy Jeffress handle the ninth-inning duties.

Hader struck out two without allowing a baserunner to earn the save Sunday against the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
Hader needed only nine pitches to close out the win and notch his 10th save of the season. Though he had been reserved for high leverage situations throughout most of the season, Hader has now earned the last three saves for the Brewers, providing a boost to his value. He has been excellent regardless of what inning he's pitched, striking out 106 batters in 59.1 innings to go along with a 1.52 ERA and 0.79 WHIP.

Hader struck out three in two perfect innings Saturday to record his ninth save of the season in a 4-2 win over the Braves.
EDGE Analysis
Corey Knebel's recent struggles have opened the door for Hader to close out games again, and he now has two saves in four August appearances after going the entire month of July without one. Manager Craig Counsell prefers to have Knebel working the ninth inning and reserve Hader for the highest-leverage situations, but until Knebel rights his ship, Hader's fantasy value will once again be on the rise.

Hader recorded the final out to record his eighth save of the season Saturday against the Rockies.
EDGE Analysis
The Brewers needed three pitchers in the ninth inning to close out an 8-4 win over the Rockies, and Hader came in with the bases loaded before getting Charlie Blackmon to pop out. It marked his first save since June 26 as he continues to fill a high-leverage role as opposed to filling the role of a traditional closer. While that's a hit to his value, he has pitched exceptionally well all season, posting a 1.33 ERA, 0.78 WHIP and 99 strikeouts across 54 innings.

Hader tossed two scoreless innings and picked up his fourth win of the season in Monday's victory over the Dodgers. He did not allow a hit and posted a 3:2 K:BB during the outing.
EDGE Analysis
Manager Craig Counsell summoned Hader in the fifth inning Monday -- the earliest he has entered a game since April 6 -- and Hader made his manager look good, keeping the Dodgers at bay while maintaining a three-run lead. Hader has been lights out since the All-Star break, going 2-0 with a 0.71 WHIP and 10:2 K:BB over 5.2 scoreless innings.

Hader picked up his third win of the season in Thursday's victory over the Giants.
EDGE Analysis
Hader tossed 1.1 perfect innings and punched out two batters, which raises his strikeout total on the season to a whopping 96. Since giving up two home runs against the Marlins in a July 9 outing, Hader has tossed 5.1 scoreless innings while giving up just two hits and posting an 11:0 K:BB.

Hader will not be suspended or fined in regards to offensive social media posts from years past.
EDGE Analysis
Multiple instances of offensive tweets from Hader's social media account resurfaced during his appearance in the All-Star Game on Tuesday. The reliever spoke to the press following the exhibition, apologizing for his comments and stating that he would accept whatever punishment came his way. Though Hader escaped the incident without any major consequences, he will need to undergo sensitivity training and participate in the MLB's diversity program.

Hader allowed two earned runs -- both via the home run -- while tossing 1.2 innings in Monday's loss to the Marlins.
EDGE Analysis
Hader had given up just two home runs all season heading into Monday's game, but both Starlin Castro and Brian Anderson took him deep on consecutive pitches in the seventh inning. Hader remained in for the eighth, but could only get two outs, and was removed from the game after allowing five runners to reach base during his out. Hader was on point his previous time out -- just one base runner over three frames -- and has been plenty sharp all season, so this is likely just a bump in the road for the first-time All-Star.

Hader recorded a one-out save in Tuesday's victory over the Royals.
EDGE Analysis
The Brewers had a four-run lead entering the ninth inning and still held that margin at the end of the contest, but because fellow reliever Jacob Barnes created a save situation by allowing two runners to reach base, and left-hander Alex Gordon was due up, manager Craig Counsell brought in Hader instead of Corey Knebel, and Hader ultimately shut the door after just two pitches. The save was Hader's first since May 11, and Knebel remains the Brewers' top option to close games moving forward.
