Hader was unavailable during Wednesday's win over Atlanta while tending to a personal matter, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Hader has been one of the top relievers in baseball early in the season, converting all 14 of his save chances while tossing 13.1 scoreless innings. It's not yet clear whether he'll rejoin the Brewers in time for Friday's series opener against the Nationals.

Hader struck out the side in a perfect ninth inning Monday to record his 14th save of the season in a 1-0 win over Atlanta.
EDGE Analysis
Atlanta batters were only able to make contact with one of the 15 pitches Hader threw -- a foul ball off the bat of Austin Riley on a 98.3-mph sinker. Hader remains one of the most dominant relievers in the game, and he has yet to be charged with a run this season while giving up only two hits in 13.1 innings with a 21:5 K:BB.

Hader picked up his league-leading 13th save Friday against the Marlins after throwing a scoreless ninth inning.
EDGE Analysis
Unusually for a pitcher with a 40 percent strikeout rate on the season, Hader got the job done without any whiffs, but he never ran into any trouble, either. After entering with a 2-1 lead, he got Jazz Chisholm and Jesus Aguilar to ground out before retiring Jorge Soler on a flyout.

Hader walked one and struck out two in a scoreless ninth inning Tuesday to record his 12th save of the season in a 5-4 win over the Reds.
EDGE Analysis
His strikeout of Tommy Pham to end the game gave Hader an even 500 for his career, a mark he reached in only 293.2 innings -- making him the second-fastest pitcher in MLB history to get there, just a hair behind Aroldis Chapman's 292.0 frames. Hader has been his usual dominant self so far in 2022, giving up zero runs and only two hits through 11.1 innings with an 18:5 K:BB, good for a 42.9 percent strikeout rate.

Hader struck out one in a perfect ninth inning Friday to record his 11th save of the season in a 6-3 win over Atlanta.
EDGE Analysis
A brief bout of back spasms couldn't derail Hader, as he fired 15 of 19 pitches for strikes in his first appearance since April 27. The southpaw has yet to give up a run or blow a save so far this year, and batters have managed only two hits off Hader in 10.1 innings.

Hader said he's no longer experiencing mid-back spasms and will be available out of the bullpen for Thursday's series finale with the Reds, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Brewers have stayed away from Hader since April 27 while he tended to the injury, allowing Devin Williams to temporarily step in as the team's closer. In spite of the missed time, Hader still enters Thursday's action tied for second in the majors with 10 saves on the season. The three-time All-Star should immediately reclaim closing duties now that he's healthy again.

Hader was unavailable for Tuesday's game against the Reds due to mid-back spasms, Will Sammon of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
The All-Star lefty didn't enter for the ninth inning with the Brewers leading 6-3, and manager Craig Counsell revealed the injury following the contest. Hader hasn't pitched since April 27 and had the spasms surface Saturday, but he threw a successful bullpen session Tuesday and is expected to be available Wednesday or Thursday. Devin Williams secured the save in his place and could receive another save opportunity Wednesday should Hader be held out again.

Hader walked two but struck out three across a scoreless ninth inning to earn the save Wednesday against the Pirates.
EDGE Analysis
Hader walked two of the first three batters he faced, but he struck out Yoshi Tsutsugo and Roberto Perez to end the game and earn his 10th save of the season. That mark leads the league, but perhaps more impressive have been the skills Hader has displayed. He has yet to allow an earned run across 9.1 innings while striking out 15 and walking only four.

Hader earned the save in Tuesday's win over the Pirates, striking out the only batter he faced in the ninth inning.
EDGE Analysis
The Pirates brought the tying run to the on-deck circle, which prompted Brewers manager Craig Counsell to bring in his closer. Hader struck out Tucupita Marcano on a called third strike to earn his ninth save of the season. The rate of saves will almost certainly slow down, but the early returns have been greater than even Hader's loudest proponents could have hoped for.

Hader saved Sunday's 1-0 win over Philadelphia, striking out one in a 1-2-3 ninth inning.
EDGE Analysis
Hader made quick work of the Phillies in the ninth inning to secure his eighth save in eight appearances on the season. He remains arguably the top closer in MLB and should receive ample opportunity moving forward on a strong Milwaukee team.
