Hader (0-2) allowed one earned run on one hit and one walk while striking out two across one inning to take the loss Wednesday against the Cubs.
EDGE Analysis
Hader entered the game in the ninth inning with the score knotted at one, but he allowed a leadoff walk and a two-out double to allow the game-winning run. Though hardly a reason to panic, Hader has quietly struggled across the last month, allowing five earned runs across 10 innings -- three of which have come from solo homers. Even with the moderate struggles, Hader has a spectacular 1.63 ERA with a 47:9 K:BB across 27.2 frames for the campaign.

Hader struck out two batters in a scoreless ninth inning to notch a save over the Pirates on Sunday. He allowed one hit and one walk.
EDGE Analysis
Hader found himself in a bases-loaded, two-out jam but he escaped to preserve the 2-0 victory for Milwaukee. After nine straight outings without issuing a free pass, he's now walked a batter in consecutive appearances for the first time since April 12 and 13. Still, the superstar closer owns a stellar 43:8 K:BB and a 1.05 ERA while going 25 for 26 in save chances this season.

Hader allowed a hit and a walk during a scoreless ninth inning to earn the save in Wednesday's 5-3 win at Tampa Bay. He did not strike out a batter.
EDGE Analysis
The left-hander certainly wasn't at his best Wednesday as he allowed the first two batters to reach via a single and a walk, but he retired the next three hitters to lock down the win. It was only the fourth time in 26 outings this year he's failed to record a strikeout. Hader is 24-for-25 in save opportunities and has a 1.09 ERA, 0.69 WHIP and 41:7 K:BB across 24.2 innings.

Hader struck out the side in the ninth inning of a 5-3 win Tuesday in Tampa Bay.
EDGE Analysis
Facing the bottom three spots in the order, Hader made quick work of Taylor Walls and two pinch-hitters, retiring all three on swinging strikeouts. The flame thrower is now 23-for-24 in save chances this season. Through 25 outings he has fanned 41 of the 86 batters he's faced, a remarkable 47.7 percent strikeout rate.

Hader picked up the save Saturday against the Blue Jays, allowing a run on two hits while striking out two and walking none over one inning.
EDGE Analysis
Hader picked up his league-leading 22nd save of the year. He allowed just his third earned run of the season in the game, a Lourdes Gurriel RBI single in the ninth. It took Hader 20 pitches to get out of the inning and close out the game. Across 22.2 innings this season, Hader has allowed nine hits and six walks. He will take a 1.19 ERA into his next appearance.

Hader picked up a save against the Cardinals on Thursday, striking out two batters in a perfect ninth inning.
EDGE Analysis
Hader's dominance has come to be expected at this point, so the impressive two-strikeout perfect inning feels merely run-of-the-mill. In fact, the left-hander has struck out multiple batters in five of his past seven outings -- each of which has been exactly one inning in length. Hader has left no doubt about his status as the league's best closer, tying for the MLB lead with 21 saves while posting a minuscule 0.83 ERA and 0.60 WHIP along with an absurd 36:6 K:BB across 21.2 innings.

Hader allowed a hit and struck out one in a scoreless inning to earn the save in Monday's 2-0 win over the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
Hader hadn't pitched since last Sunday after welcoming a son to his family last week. The 28-year-old was as dominant as ever in picking up his 20th save in 21 tries, facing the minimum three batters after Brendan Donovan was thrown out trying to stretch a single into a double. it appears Hader won't let the one blemish on his game log (June 7 versus the Phillies) spiral into a slump. The Brewers' closer has a 0.87 ERA, 0.63 WHIP and 34:6 K:BB across 20.2 innings this year.

Hader (personal) was activated off the restricted list Monday.
EDGE Analysis
Hader was placed on the paternity list Wednesday and wound up shifting to the restricted list later in the week in order to spend a few extra days with his family. He's ready to go again now and should recapture the dominance which has seen him hold the opposition scoreless in 20 of his 21 appearances this season. Aaron Ashby (forearm) landed on the injured list in a corresponding move.

Hader (paternity list) will rejoin the Brewers for their homestand that begins Monday against the Cardinals, Curt Hogg of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
EDGE Analysis
He will spend the rest of the weekend with his family following the birth of his son and should be available Monday. Devin Williams is the presumed closer in Hader's absence.

Hader was placed on the paternity list Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Hader has made only three appearances in June -- including his first blown save and loss of the season -- with the Brewers in free fall, and he'll now step away from the team for a few days to be with his family. Assuming there's no complications, the left-hander should be back by Saturday's contest in Cincinnati. Devin Williams is the likely candidate to receive any save opportunities in the meantime.
