Jose Lopez went 0-for-4 and committed an error Thursday against the Athletics. Greg Dobbs has really struggled the last month, opening the door for Lopez to take over at third base. Lopez, though, is just 3-for-28 and has yet to drive in a run for his new team. He might have go looking for work again sometime soon.

Jose Lopez will start at third base Wednesday against the Phillies. Lopez started at second base in the nightcap of Wednesday's doubleheader, but is expected to share playing time with Greg Dobbs at third base moving forward. While he was a failure in Colorado, he could be worth a speculative add in NL-only leagues.
