Dodgers released LHP John Grabow. Grabow was granted his release after using the opt-out clause in his minor league contract. The 33-year-old southpaw tossed six shutout innings this spring while fanning seven and walking just one. He shouldn't have much trouble finding a new home.

John Grabow's contract will be guaranteed for $800,000 if he makes the Dodgers' Opening Day roster. The deal also includes $200,000 in incentives based on games pitched. Grabow has not allowed a run in six innings this spring and is looking to claim a spot in the bullpen as a left-handed specialist.
