Josh Hamilton has been fitted with new contacts which he hopes will help him see better during day games. Hamilton said during a radio appearance Thursday that he was having trouble picking up the ball, something he attributed to having blue eyes. He is batting just .122 with zero homers and 17 strikeouts over 49 at-bats in day games this season, so hopefully this will make a difference.
