Angels manager Mike Scioscia has named Jered Weaver the team's Opening Day starter. Scioscia actually technically said he's "going to target" Weaver for the start, which should be good enough since he's the obvious choice, anyway. Weaver is coming off a year where he registered 20 wins, a 2.81 ERA and 1.02 WHIP.
