Padres manager Bob Melvin said prior to Sunday's game against the Phillies that Tatis (ankle) was feeling better than expected, Dennis Lin of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
While the skipper left the door open for Tatis to pinch hit in the series finale, Melvin said he will "probably err on the side of caution" with rainy weather in Philadelphia. The Padres are off Monday, so Tatis will get another day to rest up before potentially returning to action Tuesday in Toronto. He twisted his ankle while tracking down a ball at the warning track in the second game of Saturday's doubleheader.

Tatis is considered day-to-day after exiting the second game of Saturday's doubleheader versus the Phillies with a twisted ankle, Dennis Lin of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
The superstar twisted his ankle on the warning track at Citizens Bank Park while running down a Trea Turner double. He remained in the game for a few more innings before eventually being lifted. Thankfully, it looks like he's avoided anything serious. Tatis went 0-for-3 with an RBI groundout before departing.

Tatis was pulled from the second game of Saturday's doubleheader versus the Phillies with an apparent injury, Dennis Lin of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
It looked like Tatis might have tweaked something while chasing after a Trea Turner double in the third inning. He initially remained in the game but was eventually replaced in right field before the bottom of the sixth. The Padres should have more on Tatis' status shortly.

Tatis went 1-for-5 with a two-run home run in Friday's win over the Phillies.
EDGE Analysis
Tatis had gone through a bit of a power outage, managing just one long ball in his last 17 games heading into the All-Star break, so it was nice to see him start the second half with a bang. Despite missing several weeks at the start of the year while completing an 80-game PED suspension, Tatis has been a top-50 earner in rotisserie baseball to date this season. He remains a superstar in the fantasy game.

The superstar has gone 8-for-18 (.444) with eight RBI and three extra-base hits over his last four contests. He hit leadoff for a large portion of June, but has also seen an increasing amount of time batting second, and he was in the three-hole Monday. Tatis went 2-for-4 with a double, a run and three RBI against Cincinnati in Saturday's 12-5 victory.
EDGE Analysis
Tatis put the Padres on the scoreboard in the third inning with an RBI single, and he added another run-scoring single in the seventh before ending his day with a sacrifice fly in the eighth. The star outfielder had hit a bit of a skid entering the weekend, having gone just 4-for-28 with no extra-base hits and nine strikeouts over his previous six games. Tatis has posted strong numbers overall this season, though, slashing .277/.339/.515 with 15 homers, 40 RBI, 45 runs and 14 thefts over 63 games.

Tatis went 1-for-4 with a stolen base in Saturday's 2-0 loss to the Nationals.
EDGE Analysis
The Padres had trouble getting on base Saturday, with Tatis' single counting as one of just four hits for the hosts. Tatis has 14 steals on the year, eight of which have come over his last 16 games. For the season, the talented outfielder is slashing .288/.357/.551 with 15 home runs, 35 RBI and 42 runs scored. His apparent commitment to running more rounds out an already impressive fantasy profile.

Tatis went 3-for-4 with a double, three runs and a stolen base in a 13-3 win over Washington on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
Tatis reached four times in the contest, the fourth time he has accomplished that feat this season. The star outfielder also swiped his 13th base, moving him more than halfway to the career-best mark of 25 thefts he set last season. Despite missing the first 20 contests of the campaign while serving out the remainder of an 80-game suspension, Tatis has been a fantasy standout, posting a .289/.359/.556 slash line along with 15 homers, 35 RBI, 42 steals and 13 thefts over 260 plate appearances.

The star outfielder has notched nine multi-hit games in June, including three three-hit performances. Over 18 contests this month, he's slashing .400/.488/.814 with six homers, 16 RBI, 17 runs and seven steals.
