Moore went 1-for-2 with a stolen base and a run scored in Monday's 6-3 loss to the Astros.
EDGE Analysis
Moore is now 6-for-19 with two home runs and two steals over 12 games with the Rangers. He continues to occupy a part-time role as a utility player in a reserve role. For the season, he's logged 14 steals, 11 homers, 25 RBI, 34 runs scored and a .204/.266/.384 slash line across 100 games between Texas and Seattle.

Moore went 1-for-2 with a two-run home run in Saturday's 9-3 win over the Athletics.
EDGE Analysis
Moore didn't start Saturday, but he came in off the bench as a pinch hitter. His blast came in his second at-bat, as he took Osvaldo Bido deep in the ninth inning. Moore is an option to provide coverage all around an ailing infield -- the Rangers are missing Marcus Semien (foot), Corey Seager (appendectomy) and Jake Burger (wrist) among their usual starters. Moore will likely get most of his starts versus left-handed pitchers, but his defensive versatility will make him a frequent late-game replacement. Between Texas and Seattle, he has a .199/.267/.378 slash line with 10 homers, 22 RBI, 30 runs scored and 12 stolen bases over 217 plate appearances.

Moore started at first base and went 1-for-2 with an RBI in Friday's 5-2 win over the Athletics.
EDGE Analysis
The injury-riddled Rangers are getting by with unexpected names in the infield. Moore, whose contract was selected Friday, filled in for the injured Jake Burger (wrist). There are other opportunities for Moore with two middle-infield starters -- shortstop Corey Seager (appendectomy) and second baseman Marcus Semien (foot) -- currently on the shelf.

The Rangers selected Moore's contract from Triple-A Round Rock on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
With Corey Seager (abdomen) expected to miss the vast majority, if not the remainder of the regular season, Moore will come up from the minors to round out the Rangers' infield depth. Josh Smith is expected to take over as Texas' primary shortstop going forward; however, Moore's ability to play virtually every position could allow him to play on a somewhat consistent basis.

The Rangers are expected to select Moore's contract from Triple-A Round Rock on Friday, Jeff Wilson of AllDLLS.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Rangers are going to be without Corey Seager (appendectomy) for an extended period of time, so the team will turn to Moore to provide additional infield depth. Although he owns just a .622 OPS through 213 plate appearances from his time with the Mariners this year, Moore could be in line for regular playing time with the Rangers, and his extreme defensive versatility will only help his chances of sticking in the lineup.

The Rangers signed Moore to a minor-league contract Tuesday, Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Moore was released by the Mariners on Sunday and has latched on with another American League West organization. The 33-year-old has slashed just .193/.263/.359 with a 35.7 percent strikeout rate over 213 plate appearances this season, but his versatility is attractive in a reserve role. The Rangers could give Moore another chance in the majors sooner rather than later.

The Mariners granted Moore his unconditional release Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
After Moore went unclaimed off waivers upon being designated for assignment Saturday, the Mariners decided to eat the money remaining on his $3.91 million salary for 2025, allowing the 33-year-old utility player to test free agency. Moore produced a lowly .193/.263/.359 slash line over 213 plate appearances for Seattle this season, but his speed (12 steals in 16 attempts) and defensive versatility could entice another team to bring him aboard as a bench bat.

The Mariners designated Moore for assignment Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
Moore had a great start to the season, batting .295 with six homers, 11 RBI and seven stolen bases over his first 25 games. However, he's fizzled considerably since and batted a miserly .045 (3-for-67) with a 51.4 percent strikeout rate over his past 47 contests dating back to May 27. Seattle has thus elected to remove Moore from the 40-man roster in order to make room for Victor Robles (shoulder), who was activated off the 60-day IL in a corresponding move.

Moore will start in right field and bat eighth in Wednesday's game against the Phillies.
EDGE Analysis
With Dominic Canzone tending to a bruised arm, Moore will draw a second straight start in right field, after he went 0-for-2 with a walk and a run scored in Tuesday's 6-4 loss. The Mariners have faced left-handed starters Tuesday and Wednesday, so the right-handed-hitting Moore may have been included in the lineup more so for matchup reasons than due to any major concern about the health of the left-handed-hitting Canzone, who should see the bulk of the starts in right field versus right-handed pitching.

Moore went 0-for-1 with one RBI and one stolen base in Saturday's 7-6 extra-innings win over the Astros.
EDGE Analysis
Moore's playing time remains sparse, and rightfully so given his woeful work at the plate in limited opportunities. He's gone 2-for-44 over 27 games since the start of June -- his RBI in Saturday's contest was on a groundout that tied the game in the bottom of the 10th inning. A strong start to the year gave him regular playing time into May, but he's since settled in as a utility player with no clear path into the lineup. Moore is slashing just .208/.268/.387 with 10 steals, nine home runs, 19 RBI and 27 runs scored over 190 plate appearances this season.
