Bundy (4-2) earned the win Saturday against the Mariners. He allowed one run on four hits and three walks while fanning three across 5.1 innings.
EDGE Analysis
Bundy received strong support from the offense as the Angels mustered six runs in the first five innings before adding 10 more against Seattle's bullpen. The right-hander now has a 2.32 ERA in five starts this month and has allowed more than two earned runs just once in that stretch.

Bundy allowed four runs (two earned) on seven hits and one walk while striking out six across 5.2 innings Sunday against the Athletics. He did not factor into the decision.
EDGE Analysis
Bundy ran into trouble in the first inning after the leadoff hitter reached base on an error. After what should have been the third out of the inning, he surrendered a double and single to allow two runs to cross the plate. He then pitched scoreless ball until the sixth frame, when he got two outs prior to another trio of hits that scored one and left an inherited runner on base -- who eventually crossed the plate. Overall, it was a solid outing for Bundy, who kept the ball in the yard after allowing a pair of home runs in his previous start. Bundy now has a 2.58 ERA with 44 strikeouts across 38.1 innings for the season. He's in line to draw his next start Friday against Seattle.

Bundy (3-2) allowed four earned runs on four hits and four walks while striking out three across 4.0 innings to take the loss Tuesday against the Giants.
EDGE Analysis
Bundy surrendered a home run in each of the first two innings, accounting for three of his four earned runs. He also struggled to find the strike zone, beginning only 10 of the 20 batters he faced with a strike and 41 of his 73 pitches finding the strike zone. Bundy has been excellent to start the campaign, as even with the poor outing he has a 2.48 ERA with a 38:7 K:BB across 32.2 innings. He'll look to bounce back in his next start, currently projected to come Monday at Houston.

Bundy will switch turns in the rotation with Griffin Canning, pushing Bundy's next start to Tuesday against the Giants, Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bundy has shouldered a heavy workload this season, averaging over seven innings per start, so the Angels will push him back in order to give him extra rest. The right-hander last pitched Aug. 11, thus he will have enjoyed a full week off when he toes the mound against San Francisco on Tuesday afternoon. Bundy has been among baseball's best pitchers so far this season, registering a 1.57 ERA, 0.63 WHIP and 35:3 K:BB over 28.2 innings.

Bundy (3-1) earned the win against Oakland on Tuesday, pitching seven scoreless innings and allowing four hits and one walk while striking out 10.
EDGE Analysis
Bundy's outstanding start to the season continued Tuesday with his first scoreless outing as an Angel. The right-hander pitched a complete game his last time out, and he was equally impressive against Oakland, limiting the Athletics to six baserunners while tying his season high with 10 punchouts. Bundy's recent mastery over hitters is evident in his swinging-strike totals -- 16 in his last outing and 17 on Tuesday -- and he has yet to give up more than four hits in an appearance this season. The 27-year-old will carry a sparkling 1.57 ERA and 0.63 WHIP into his next start, which is scheduled to come at home against San Francisco on Monday.

Bundy (2-1) earned the win against Seattle on Thursday, pitching nine innings and allowing one run on four hits while striking out 10. He did not walk a batter.
EDGE Analysis
Bundy single-handedly provided a breather for the Angels' struggling bullpen, tossing his third career complete game and first since 2018. The right-hander gave up a fourth-inning home run to Dan Vogelbach but otherwise faced little resistance from the Mariners' offense, yielding only five baserunners while striking out 10. Bundy tossed 76 of 107 pitches for strikes in the contest and induced an impressive 16 swinging strikes over his nine frames. The 27-year-old has been a revelation for Los Angeles at the start of the campaign, allowing only five earned runs over 21.2 innings while compiling a superb 25:2 K:BB. He'll carry a 2.08 ERA and minuscule 0.60 WHIP into his next scheduled start, slated for Tuesday at home against Oakland.

Bundy (1-1) allowed three runs on four hits and two walks while striking out eight in six innings in a loss to the Mariners on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Bundy cruised after allowing a three-run homer to Jose Marmolejos in the first inning, and the end result just met the standard for a quality start. The right-hander Bundy now has a 2.84 ERA through 12.2 innings this season. He's projected to start in a rematch in Seattle next Thursday.

Bundy (1-0) earned the win during Saturday's 4-1 victory over the Athletics. He tossed 6.2 innings of one-run ball, giving up three hits while fanning seven.
EDGE Analysis
Bundy retired the first eight batters he faced and looked impressive throughout the entire game, allowing two singles and a double before departing the game in the seventh inning. He had a 4.79 ERA in 2019, but he will undoubtedly try to build on this performance ahead of his next outing. He is tabbed for a home start against the Astros on July 31.

Bundy took five turns on the mound and struck out eight hitters in an intrasquad game Tuesday, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.
EDGE Analysis
Against a lineup of mostly minor-league hitters, Bundy flashed his swing-and-miss arsenal while walking only one batter. It's always wise to avoid getting too excited about exhibition performances, but Bundy has thus far looked outstanding in an Angels uniform between spring training and summer camp. He's lined up to be an important piece of the team's rotation during the abbreviated season.

Bundy allowed two earned runs in 11.1 innings this spring while posting a 16:1 K:BB.
EDGE Analysis
Though the sample size is small, Bundy appears to have adjusted well to his move from Baltimore, leading all Halos pitchers with sixteen punchouts in Cactus League action. High strikeout numbers aren't abnormal for Bundy -- he whiffed over a batter per inning each of the last two seasons -- but he also combined for a 5.13 ERA and 1.38 WHIP over that span. Those numbers can be partly attributed to playing for a poor defensive club in a hitter-friendly home park, so it wouldn't be surprising to see Bundy take a leap and become a more attractive fantasy option in his first season with the Angels.
