Dustin Moseley conceded Thursday that shoulder surgery is probably his "only option." Moseley was placed on the disabled list earlier this month with a strained right shoulder. An MRI revealed extensive damage, affecting the rotator cuff and labrum. It's not clear when he'll make a final decision on surgery, but it would almost certainly put the rest of the season at risk.

At best, he's only worth using in NL-only leagues in his Petco starts, and Petco didn't do him too much good tonight.
