Rangers placed INF Donnie Murphy on the 15-day disabled list with a neck strain. Murphy suffered the injury Wednesday when he tumbled over the first base bag. The Rangers have called up Rougned Odor and Luis Sardinas to handle second base duties while Josh Wilson has been designated for assignment.
