St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Dexter Fowler (foot) was diagnosed with a fractured left foot and will go on the disabled list. It will give Fowler a much-needed break, as he is hitting a rough .180/.278/.298 with eight home runs and 31 RBI in 334 plate appearances this year.
