Gordon went 1-for-4 with a two-run single, his 1,000 career hit, in a win over the Angels on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
Gordon's timely fourth-inning single, which plated Jay Bruce and Omar Narvaez, thus had some extra significance. The veteran speedster's work at the plate this season has been overshadowed by the record-setting home-run pace several of his power-hitting teammates have helped forge. However, Gordon is hitting a solid .284, adding an impressive 13 RBI over 90 plate appearances and also recording eight stolen bases in nine attempts.

Gordon is not in the lineup Wednesday against the Indians, Greg Johns of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Gordon has started the past 10 games for the Mariners, going 11-for-36 (.306) with a homer and two stolen bases in that stretch, so he'll hit the bench for what appears to be a regular day off. In his place, Dylan Moore is starting at the keystone and hitting ninth.

Gordon went 3-for-4 with a triple, a home run, two RBI and two runs scored Thursday against the Royals.
EDGE Analysis
Gordon flashed some rare power in the sixth inning on a solo blast to right field, and he tripled home a run in the seven to cut the deficit to one. The 30-year-old second baseman has enjoyed a hot start at the plate through his first 15 games of 2019, and he's now batting .365 with 11 RBI and six stolen bases.

Gordon went 3-for-4 with two RBI, one run scored and a stolen base Tuesday against the Royals.
EDGE Analysis
Gordon continued his strong early season performance, recording his first three-hit game. The most impactful was a two-run single in the fourth inning, after which he proceeded to steal second base. He now has six stolen bases on the season, and is apparently ready to put his disappointing 2018 campaign behind him.

Gordon (groin) will start at second base and bat ninth Sunday against the White Sox.
EDGE Analysis
Gordon exited early with groin tightness in Friday's series opener but was expected to return to action Saturday before being scratched shortly before opening pitch. The Mariners are apparently optimistic that Gordon will be good to go for Sunday's matinee, though it's worth wondering if any residual effects of the injury might impact his aggressiveness on the basepaths. Prior to getting hurt, Gordon had stolen a base in four of his past five starts.

Gordon (groin) was a late scratch Saturday against the White Sox, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
He exited Friday's game with groin tightness and was originally in Saturday's lineup, but manager Scott Servais decided not to play him in the end because he is not quite 100 percent healthy. Dylan Moore will get the start at the keystone in his stead.

EDGE Analysis
Gordon appeared to tweak his groin as he dove back to first base on a pickoff attempt, but the Mariners indicated it's a minor injury. The 30-year-old should be considered day-to-day while Dylan Moore is filling in at second base.

EDGE Analysis
Gordon started the scoring party in the second inning with a two-run single off Rick Porcello. The 30-year-old has three stolen bases and six RBI in his first six games in 2019. Expect him to blow by his 30 stolen base total from last season.
