Daryl Thompson has been suspended 50 games for his second positive test for a drug of abuse. Currently a free agent, Thompson split last season between independent ball and the Mets' Triple-A affiliate. The 28-year-old made appearances in the majors with the Reds in 2008 and 2011. He'll serve the suspension once he latches on with a team.
