Palka, 23, is batting .292/.354/.525 with 14 home runs, 53 RBI and 17 steals through 76 games for High-A Visalia. Palka had 22 home runs and nine steals in 118 games last season at Low-A. The 17 stolen bases are clearly somewhat of a surprise, but this combination of power/speed makes Palka a player to keep an eye on.
