Pache will attend spring training as a non-roster invitee.
EDGE Analysis
Pache failed to hit a home run in 2017 at Low-A Rome, but he was still fairly efficient, batting .281 with 42 RBI and 32 stolen bases. The 19-year-old outfielder has displayed exceptional speed over the course of his minor-league career, although the Braves are hoping he'll show some signs of power as he continues to develop. Pache could start the season at High-A Florida depending on how he performs during spring training.

Pache, 18, is hitting .281/.339/.348 with 22 stolen bases in 88 games for Low-A Rome.
EDGE Analysis
Pache is still looking for his first home run as a professional, though the Braves are hopeful that at 6-foot-2, 185-lbs, he won't be completely devoid of power as he matures and progresses. The teenager has also shown above-average plate discipline. Pache's speed and ability to handle the bat at just 18 years of age makes him a phenom to watch.

Cristian Pache
LF/CF MIA
Pache is hitting .300/.354/.360 with 17 steals (on 23 attempts) in 273 plate appearances for Low-A Rome.
EDGE Analysis
He has yet to hit a home run as a professional, but he is an 18-year-old at Low-A with a strikeout rate below 20 percent and OBP above .350. Throw in the fact that he has 70-grade speed and is successfully putting it to use in games, and Pache has the look of a future leadoff hitter. It might take a swing adjustment to tap into some power, but Pache is a borderline top-100 dynasty league prospect even without that pop.
