Connor Sadzeck To Miss At Least A Few Weeks rotoballer.com Wed 6/5/19 12:21 AM
Seattle Mariners relief pitcher Connor Sadzeck (elbow) is dealing with soreness in his flexor mass muscle in the right elbow, and managed Scott Servais said on Tuesday that the reliever is expected to miss at least a few weeks. He has been a pretty productive member of the M's bullpen, recording an 0-1 record with a 2.66 ERA and 1.39 WHIP, striking out 27 batters across 23 2/3 innings. Beat writer Jared Sandler considers Bird to have a leg up, as the team would then be able to use Jeffrey Springs in a more versatile role with Bird as the lefty specialist. Either way, take a wait-and-see approach with all of these pitchers in terms of fantasy value. [...]
Connor Sadzeck To Serve As Opener Friday rotoballer.com Wed 9/19/18 6:22 PM
Texas Rangers relief pitcher Connor Sadzeck will serve as the opener on Friday against the Mariners, with Ariel Jurado following him. Sadzeck hasn't allowed a run while striking out five over 6 1/3 innings in eight outings (one start) for the Rangers this year, but he isn't on the fantasy radar in an opening role. Jurado shouldn't be used by fantasy owners, either.
