Chris Parmelee hit his first major league home run in Minnesota's win over the White Sox on Wednesday. He took John Danks deep for a two-run shot in the third. For now, Parmelee isn't worth a look in AL-only leagues, but that could change if he keeps hitting and forces his way into the lineup down the stretch. It's unlikely he does so.

Twins recalled 1B Chris Parmelee from Double-A New Britain. A 23-year-old first base prospect, Parmelee batted .287/.366/.436 with 13 home runs and 83 RBI in 142 games this season at the Double-A level. He could see a handful of starts at first base with the Twins.
