Chris Hatcher is expected to be promoted from Triple-A New Orleans on Saturday. The Marlins are looking to add depth to their bullpen after Friday's 12-inning game with the Padres. Hatcher, 27, had a 6.97 ERA over 11 relief appearances in the majors late last season. He figures to be used in middle relief.
