Blackmon went 2-for-5 with an RBI double, another two-bagger and two runs in Wednesday's 11-3 win over the Padres.
EDGE Analysis
The productive leadoff man was at it again Wednesday, posting his third multi-effort in the last four games and vaulting his average back over .300 in the process. Outside of a forgettable 0-for-6 day against the Diamondbacks on Sunday, Blackmon has hit safely in 16 other games since April 14, while his 25 RBI lead the Rockies and are fourth-most in the NL.

His slow start to the season is a distant memory now. Blackmon now has a 10-game hitting streak and a five-game streak with multiple RBI, pushing his slash line on the year to .286/.330/.642 with seven homers, 14 runs scored and 21 RBI in 21 games.

Blackmon went 1-for-5 with a home run and three RBI in Monday's 8-4 win over the Nationals.
EDGE Analysis
Blackmon's sixth home run of the season helped him extend his hitting streak to nine games. The left-handed stick now has 18 RBI on the season to go along with a .266/.314/.608 slash line and one stolen base. While the overall numbers still look rather pedestrian, Blackmon is heating up and will help fantasy owners in all categories over the remainder of the season.

Blackmon went 1-for-4 with a leadoff home run in Sunday's 4-3 win over the Giants.
EDGE Analysis
Blackmon's franchise-record 23rd leadoff home run helped the Rockies plate three runs in the first inning off Jeff Samardzija. It was the 30-year-old's third home run of the season and ninth RBI in 61 plate appearances. Blackmon is off to a bit of a slow start (.232), but he was an early-round pick for a reason. He has the ability to produce across all categories and resides in the best hitting park in baseball. The numbers will look better eventually.

Blackmon went 2-for-5 with his first home run of the season, three RBI and two runs scored in a 10-6 loss to the Dodgers on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Despite his slow start (.214), Blackmon remains one of the few players that can contribute across all categories. It doesn't hurt that he'll play half of his games at hitter-friendly Coors Field. This game could be the spark that gets him going.

Blackmon (illness) is back in the lineup for Thursday's Cactus League finale, batting leadoff and patrolling center field.
EDGE Analysis
Blackmon was one of several Rockies who caught the flu recently, but it seems like the illness has subsided. The 30-year-old outfielder has been tearing up the Cactus League (.362 batting average, three home runs), and he'll look to carry that success into Colorado's Opening Day matchup with the Brewers.

Blackmon, who's been out for two days, is dealing with the flu, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Blackmon has been phenomenal throughout the spring. Over 16 games, he's gone 17-for-47 (.362) with three home runs and four doubles. Owners will want to monitor Blackmon's status as Opening Day approaches, as Colorado has yet to present a timeframe for his return.

Blackmon is 11-for-23 (.478) with three doubles, a home run, and a stolen base in nine spring games.
EDGE Analysis
In a spring training dominated by the plethora of injuries striking Rockies camp, the 30-year-old is simply raking. It's foolish to look into spring numbers too much, but one can't help but be pleased by a player showing mid-season form this early on in the campaign. Blackmon will look to carry this torrid start into the regular season as the Rockies' primary center fielder and leadoff hitter.
