Woo allowed four runs on five hits and a walk over six innings in a no-decision against the Giants on Sunday. He struck out six during the loss.
EDGE Analysis
Woo cruised through three shutout frames before coughing up four runs in the fourth inning. The biggest hiccup was Mike Yastrzemski's three-run shot. Woo had command of the strike zone Sunday, firing 67 of 89 pitches for strikes. He forced 11 whiffs, including seven with his fastball that averaged 96.4 mph. Woo will carry a 3.75 ERA into his next start, which is projected to be at home next weekend against Texas.

Woo (1-0) earned the win Sunday over the A's, allowing one run on three hits and two walks over six innings. He struck out five.
EDGE Analysis
Woo picked up where he left off last season, when he pitched to a 2.89 ERA with a 0.90 WHIP and 101 strikeouts over 121.1 innings. Tyler Soderstrom's fourth-inning homer was the lone blemish on Woo's line Sunday -- he needed just 76 pitches to make it through six innings. The 24-year-old right-hander will look to keep rolling in his second start, currently scheduled for next week in San Francisco.

Woo struck out six over 2.1 scoreless innings in Thursday's Cactus League game against the Angels, giving up just one walk and one hit.
EDGE Analysis
Woo dominated in this abbreviated outing, striking out the side in the first inning and generating a 59 percent whiff rate across his 37 pitches. Health concerns have kept the 25-year-old right-hander in the middle rounds of fantasy drafts this spring, but Woo excelled when available last season in the form of a 2.89 ERA, 0.90 WHIP and 101:13 K:BB through 121.1 frames (22 starts). With the benefit of throwing at the pitcher-friendly T-Mobile Park for home games, Woo carries plenty of upside in 2025 but will need to prove he can handle a full workload before establishing himself as an upper-echelon starter.

Woo (9-3) allowed three hits and a walk while striking out eight over five shutout innings to earn the win over the Athletics on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
Woo kept a scoreless line for the first time since Aug. 14 in his final start of the season. The 24-year-old had seven scoreless starts in 22 outings this season, establishing himself as a high-end starter with an emphasis on elite control in his second major-league campaign. He ends the year with a 2.89 ERA, 0.90 WHIP and 101:13 K:BB over 121.1 innings.

Woo allowed four runs on seven hits and a walk while striking out four over six innings in a no-decision versus the Rangers on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Woo was cruising until the sixth inning. He then gave up four runs, including a three-run home run by Wyatt Langford, on five hits and a walk in that frame, and the Mariners' bullpen couldn't maintain the lead over the late innings. There's some signs of fatigue for Woo -- he's allowed four or more runs in three of his last five starts after doing that just once in his first 16 games this year. He's still at a 3.02 ERA, 0.90 WHIP and 93:12 K:BB over 116.1 innings across 21 starts. His final start of the regular season is projected to be at home versus the Athletics.

Woo (8-3) took the loss Tuesday against the Yankees, allowing seven runs on nine hits and a walk while striking out seven over 4.2 innings.
EDGE Analysis
Woo had his worst outing of the season, tying his season-high in hits allowed and setting a new high for runs allowed while failing to reach five innings for the first time since July 27. The Yankees got to him for a pair of runs in the first and second innings before Juan Soto and Jasson Dominguez went deep in the fourth and fifth, respectively, to add on another three runs. Woo still struck out seven, tying his season high, and he had 20 whiffs on the evening. He'll carry a 2.85 ERA, 0.88 WHIP and 89:11 K:BB in 110.1 innings into a meeting with the Rangers over the weekend.

Woo (8-2) picked up the win over the Padres on Wednesday, allowing two runs on two hits and one walk over 6.2 innings while striking out five.
EDGE Analysis
Woo had a no-hitter going through the first six frames before giving up a solo homer to Fernando Tatis with one out in the seventh. The right-hander would then be relieved by Troy Taylor with two outs in the inning, though the former would still come away with his third win in his last four decisions. Woo has also produced quality starts in six of his last eight outings while posting a robust 45:4 K:BB over that stretch. On the downside, he's now surrendered at least one long ball in five consecutive starts.

Woo (7-2) earned the win Thursday, allowing two runs on eight hits over five innings against the A's. He struck out six.
EDGE Analysis
Woo gave up eight hits in a start for the third time in his career, but worked around it to pick up the win. After giving up a season-high three homers in his last start, Woo served up another one Thursday, and he's now allowed at least one in each of his last four starts. The 24-year-old continues to be so effective thanks to his control, as he's only issued nine free passes in 99 innings. Including today's start, he hasn't walked any hitters in 11 of his 18 starts this season.

Woo did not factor into the decision in a loss to the Angels on Saturday, allowing four runs on five hits over 6.1 innings. He struck out three.
EDGE Analysis
The first two runs charged to Woo on the night both came off the bat of Jo Adell, with the first one coming on a 405-foot blast to center field in the third inning and the second coming on a leadoff shot in the sixth. The right-hander would go on to surrender a season-high three homers in the contest while also snapping his streak of five consecutive quality starts. Furthermore, Woo's three strikeouts Saturday marked his lowest total in that category since July 27 against the White Sox, and he's now given up at least one long ball in three straight outings. Even with the lackluster performance, Woo still finished the month of August with a 2.23 ERA to go along with an outstanding 34:3 K:BB.

Woo (6-2) picked up the win Sunday, allowing two runs (one earned) on four hits over seven innings against the Giants. He struck out seven.
EDGE Analysis
A throwing error and a home run put Woo into a hole in the first, but he rebounded to allow just three singles over the final six scoreless innings of his outing to pick up the win. It was the fifth straight quality start for Woo who has pitched into the seventh during each of those appearances, compiling a 1.59 ERA, 0.68 WHIP and 31 strikeouts over 34 innings. He'll look for a sixth-straight quality start in his next matchup, scheduled to take place in Anaheim against the hapless Angels.
