Royals signed INF Brian Bocock to a minor league contract. The deal does not include an invitation to spring training. Bocock spent all of 2013 at the Triple-A level, batting a hideous .175/.237/.287. He's merely organizational depth.

Pirates acquired INF Brian Bocock from the Nationals to complete the Brian Jeroloman deal. Bocock, 28, was batting just .182/.245/.250 in 49 plate appearances with the Nationals' Triple-A affiliate. He'll serve as organizational depth with Triple-A Indianapolis.

Nationals signed INF Brian Bocock to a minor league contract. Bocock spent the entire 2012 season in the minor leagues, posting a .237/.296/.329 batting line between the Blue Jays' Double-A and Triple-A affiliates. He will struggle to make it to the bigs with Washington.

Blue Jays signed INF Brian Bocock to a minor league contract. The Blue Jays announced the signing last weekend. According to Gregor Chisholm of MLB.com, Bocock could earn $480,000 if he makes the Opening Day roster. The 26-year-old infielder has a .227/.302/.307 career batting line in the minors, so he's unlikely to make an impact.

Pirates acquired INF Brian Bocock from the Phillies. A minor trade between the clubs' Triple-A affiliates. Bocock, 26, has played in only 38 major league games. He is a .227/.302/.307 career hitter in the minor leagues.

Phillies sent INF Brian Bocock outright to Triple-A Lehigh Valley. The move was made in order to clear a spot on the 40-man roster. Bocock is batting just .219/.267/.299 with three homers over 53 games for Lehigh Valley this season.
