Wisely went 2-for-5 with a three-run homer in Tuesday's win over the Diamondbacks.
EDGE Analysis
Wisely went deep off of Blake Walston in the third inning for the Giants second three-run homer in the frame. The home run was Wisely's first homer since June 28 and his first extra-base hit since Aug. 31. He has just 10 hits in 30 games since the beginning of August and will look to find some sort of resurgence at the plate over the final five days of the season.

Wisely is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Orioles, Shayna Rubin of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
EDGE Analysis
The lefty-hitting Wisely will hit the bench for a second straight game, with the Giants having faced right-handed starters in both contests. The consecutive days off could hint that Wisely has lost hold of a regular role in the middle infield after slashing an abysmal .123/.177/.158 since the beginning of August. Donovan Walton is included in the lineup for a fourth consecutive contest and may be viewed as the Giants' top option at the keystone for now.

Wisely will start at shortstop for Sunday's game against the Padres.
EDGE Analysis
The lefty-hitting Wisely often sits against southpaws like the Padres' (Martin Perez), but Wisely will stick in the lineup at shortstop while Tyler Fitzgerald (back) takes a seat due to injury. Donovan Walton will fill Wisely's usual spot at the keystone.
