Anderson (9-5) allowed two runs on five hits over 6.1 innings, striking out four and earning the win in Friday's 5-2 win over the Mariners.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson wasn't challenged much in the contest, and he didn't issue a free pass for the first time since May 20 versus the Indians. The left-hander's ERA moved to 3.86 with a 1.30 WHIP and 52 strikeouts in 102.2 innings this season. He'll try to win a third consecutive start when he faces the White Sox in his first start after the All-Star break.

Anderson (8-5) earned the win Saturday, allowing only two hits and two walks while striking out three over 7.2 innings in a 4-0 win over the Angels.
EDGE Analysis
It was the longest outing of the year for the 31-year-old, and also the first time he had kept runs off the board since his season debut, which also came against the Angels. Anderson lowered his ERA to 3.92 with the sparkling performance. A 48:33 K:BB and 1.33 WHIP over 96.1 innings don't look great, but he's only allowed four or more runs twice in his last nine starts. Anderson is expected to face the Mariners on Friday in his next appearance.

Anderson (7-5) coughed up seven runs on nine hits and two walks in three innings Sunday, taking the loss to the Rays.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson gave up three runs in the third inning, including a two-run shot by Travis d'Arnaud. He then gave up four straight hits without recording an out to start the fourth, knocking him out of the game. Brian Schlitter would allow another two hits, charging Anderson with two more runs after he was back in the dugout. Anderson's ERA jumped from 3.68 to 4.26 across 88.2 frames. He'll face the Angels in Los Angeles on Saturday.

Anderson (7-4) picked up the win in Tuesday's 16-2 rout of the Orioles, allowing two runs (one earned) on four hits and a walk over seven innings while striking out two.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran southpaw pitched to mostly weak contact, with Jonathan Villar's fifth-inning solo shot being the only extra-base hit Anderson allowed, and the A's offense did the rest. He'll take a 3.68 ERA and 45:29 K:BB through 85.2 innings into his next start Sunday, at home against the Rays.

Anderson allowed two runs on seven hits with four strikeouts and one walk across 6.1 innings during a no-decision against the Rays on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
The 31-year-old pitched six scoreless innings, but he didn't get through the seventh and gave up two runs to allow the Rays to tie the game. Anderson left before the Rays scored, but the Athletics bullpen allowed both of its inherited runners to touch home plate. With the no-decision, Anderson stays 6-4 with a 3.89 ERA, 1.37 WHIP and 43 strikeouts in 78.2 innings. His next scheduled start is Tuesday at home against the Orioles.

Anderson allowed three runs on eight hits and a walk while striking out five over 6.1 innings in Friday's no-decision against the Rangers.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson's offense provided him with an early 2-0 advantage, but he'd surrender three runs in the sixth inning and gave up the lead prior to exiting. He fired 67 of 92 pitches for strikes and threw first-pitch strikes to 18 of the 28 batters he faced, so he certainly pounded the strike zone. Even though he was unable to emerge victorious, the 31-year-old lefty continues to look solid on the season and now owns a 3.98 ERA with 39 punchouts across 72.1 innings.

Anderson (oblique) is starting Friday's game against the Rangers.
EDGE Analysis
As expected, Anderson will toe the rubber Friday after previously dealing with a mild oblique injury. He was forced to exit his last start early due to the issue, though he won't miss any additional time. Anderson owns a 6-4 record with a 3.95 ERA and 34 strikeouts across 66 innings this season for Oakland.

Anderson is nursing a mild oblique injury but is on track to start Friday at Texas as scheduled, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson made a precautionary exit from Saturday's start against the Astros after 5.1 innings, but even after the game indicated he didn't expect to miss a start. The 31-year-old has a 3.95 ERA, 1.38 WHIP and 34:26 K:BB through 66 innings this season.

Anderson (6-4) took the loss Saturday as the A's fell 5-1 to the Astros, allowing three runs on six hits and two walks over 5.1 innings while striking out two.
EDGE Analysis
The left-hander didn't pitch poorly, but with Justin Verlander in typically dominant form opposite him, Anderson's fate was sealed when Josh Reddick touched him up for a two-run shot in the fourth inning. Anderson will carry a 3.95 ERA and 34:26 K:BB through 66 innings into his next start Friday, on the road against the Rangers.

Anderson (6-3) allowed one run on five hits and four walks across 6.1 innings Sunday to earn the win over the Mariners. He struck out four.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson exited his previous start with a neck issue, but he showed no signs of the issue as he quieted the Mariners' bats for much of the day. He coasted into the seventh inning with a lead but then allowed a solo home run and a single before he was lifted with one out. Perhaps the only real negative on the day was Anderson's propensity to walk hitters, as he now has an uninspiring 32:24 K:BB to his name this season. He's still found a way to pitch effectively, however, and will take a respectable 3.86 ERA into his next scheduled start against the Astros.
