According to Langosch, Pena is set to undergo a procedure to remove a loose body in his left knee. Pena is the latest Cardinal expected to make the the Opening Day roster to go down to injury late in spring training. He is expected to miss anywhere between two and four weeks, so Eric Fryer will be the Cardinals' interim backup catcher.
