Duvall is not in the lineup Wednesday against the Braves.
EDGE Analysis
It looks like nothing more than a scheduled day off for Duvall, and it will be his first since before the All-Star break. Jose Peraza will take over as the left fielder Wednesday, and he'll bat seventh in the order against Atlanta's Lucas Harrell.

Duvall went 1-for-4 with a solo homer and three strikeouts in a loss to the Marlins on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
That moves Duvall back into a second place tie with Nolan Arenado for most bombs in the National League with 23. It was Duvall's first homer of the month, and he is batting 7-for-29 (.241) during that stretch.

Duvall made the NL All-Star team as a reserve voted in by the players.
EDGE Analysis
Duvall will be the Reds sole All-Star representative. He's hitting .255/.291/.567 with 22 homers and 59 RBI - it's those latter two stats that have caught the eye of his competitors. But his poor plate discipline (4.7% walk rate, 27.5 % strikeout rate) suggests that deeper batting average slumps are imminent.

Duvall is out of the lineup Sunday against the Nationals.
EDGE Analysis
Duvall filled in at first base for Joey Votto on Saturday, but prior to that, he had made eight straight starts in left field. Votto will return to action Sunday, and manager Bryan Price will elect to give Jose Peraza the start in left field over Duvall. It will be intriguing to see how Price handles his lineup moving forward, as Duvall has exceeded expectations offensively this season, but the team likely wants to find regular reps for the young Peraza as well.

Duvall went 2-for-6 with an RBI single and run in Friday's 3-2 extra-inning loss to the Nationals.
EDGE Analysis
The slugger plated Joey Votto with a sixth-inning single to break a 1-1 tie, making it three straight games with an RBI. Duvall plated a whopping 26 runs in June, although he only hit .229 for the month overall. However, he does have three multi-hit efforts in the last five games, which may be an indicator that he's heating up at the plate again.

Duvall went 2-for-4 with his 21st homer of the year Thursday, a two-run shot against the Padres.
EDGE Analysis
He also struck out twice, which is unfortunate because Duvall had recently been doing an excellent job of making contact, striking out just four times in the prior nine games -- a big improvement from his whiff rate earlier in the season. Nonetheless, Duvall's come out of nowhere to become one of the leading power hitters in the National League, and he's showing no signs of slowing down. The average isn't much, but those homers and counting stats certainly do the trick in practically any fantasy format.

Duvall is not in the lineup Tuesday against the Braves.
EDGE Analysis
Duvall continues to have an impressive campaign, as he launched his 18th home run of the season Monday, but he'll head to the bench for his first day off in nearly a month. Kyle Waldrop, making his first career start, will take over in left field in his place and bat sixth.

Duvall continued to show prodigious power on Monday, going 1-for-3 with a home run and three RBI against the Braves.
EDGE Analysis
Duvall has been one of the premiere power hitters in the National League this season, launching 18 home runs and collecting 44 RBI. The 27-year-old is hitting just .240 this month, but his five home runs and 15 RBI in June make the lower average easy to stomach.

Duvall went 1-for-3 with an RBI double and run scored in Friday's 2-1 victory over the A's.
EDGE Analysis
The 27-year-old was involved in both of the Reds' runs on the night, a fitting development considering that he's been one of the Reds' hottest hitters over the last couple of weeks. Duvall plated Brandon Phillips with his seventh-inning two-bagger, and then subsequently scored the go-ahead run on a wild pitch by Sonny Gray. The performance extended Duvall's hitting streak to eight games, and give him 12 RBI in just nine June contests.

Duvall went 2-for-4 with a three-run homer, his 17th of the year, in Tuesday's 7-6 win over the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
He may not always put the bat on the ball (69 percent contact rate), but when he does, Duvall and his owners get their money's worth. The blast helped boost his slugging percentage to .622, second in MLB only to David Ortiz. There's no reason to believe his power won't continue considering he'd shown this same type of ability throughout his minor league career.
