The Yankees activated Judge (elbow) from the 10-day injured list Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
Judge missed only the minimum 10 days while battling a right flexor strain. While he is able to hit, Judge has not yet resumed throwing, so he will be limited to designated-hitter duty indefinitely. It will result in a playing time hit for Giancarlo Stanton, although Stanton is expected to see some action in the outfield.

Judge (elbow) will be activated from the 10-day injured list prior to Tuesday's game against the Rangers, Max Goodman of NJ.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Judge took swings for a second straight day in Tampa and joined the team in Texas prior to Monday's matchup, according to Erik Boland of Newsday. The slugger was placed on the 10-day IL on July 26 due to a right flexor strain and will be strictly slotted into the DH slot for the next few weeks after receiving a platelet-rich plasma injection last Tuesday. Judge has not yet been cleared to throw by the team.

Judge (elbow) will travel to Tampa on Sunday for live at-bats and could be activated from the 10-day injured list as soon as Tuesday against the Rangers, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Judge received a platelet-rich plasma injection in his right elbow this past Tuesday to help speed up the healing process for a flexor strain. He is still a couple of weeks away from being cleared to throw, but Hoch relays that the reigning AL MVP will serve as the designated hitter upon his return from the IL, with Giancarlo Stanton shifting to the outfield. Judge went 4-for-25 with two home runs, four RBI and 11 strikeouts in seven games since the All-Star break before landing on the 10-day IL.

Yankees manager Aaron Boone said Tuesday on the "Talkin' Yanks" podcast by Jomboy Media that Judge (elbow) will hit off a tee Tuesday or Wednesday but is 10-to-15 days away from throwing.
EDGE Analysis
Judge landed on the 10-day injured list Sunday with a right flexor strain and was given a platelet-rich plasma injection to help speed along the healing process. The hope remains that Judge will be ready for activation when first eligible next Tuesday, but if that happens, he will be limited to designated-hitter duty for a while. The Yankees' primary DH, Giancarlo Stanton, has started shagging flies in anticipation of seeing some outfield reps when Judge returns.

The Yankees placed Judge (elbow) on the 10-day injured list Sunday due to a right flexor strain.
EDGE Analysis
Though Judge will head to the IL for the first time since the 2023 season, the superstar outfielder appears to have avoided a worst-case scenario after scans on his injured right elbow revealed no ligament damage, per Jorge Castillo of ESPN.com. Judge received a platelet-rich plasma injection for the elbow injury and is slated to avoid surgery, though manager Aaron Boone said that the two-time MVP won't throw a baseball for about 10 days to two weeks while he gives his elbow time to heal. Despite the lack of throwing activity, Judge will still have a chance at returning from the IL on Aug. 5 when first eligible, as the Yankees plan to initially use him as a designated hitter before he's cleared to play the outfield again. While Judge is on the shelf, Jasson Dominguez and Trent Grisham should both be in line for full-time roles in the outfield. Boone also noted that Giancarlo Stanton could also get some exposure to the corner outfield in order to open up the DH spot for Judge upon his return.

Imaging revealed a flexor strain in Judge's right elbow Saturday, Jack Curry of YES Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
Manager Aaron Boone confirmed that Judge will need to spend time on the injured list. However, the superstar's UCL is intact, which significantly reduces his chances of an extended IL stint. Cody Bellinger, Trent Grisham and Jasson Dominguez will presumably operate as the Yankees' outfield trio while Judge is out.

Manager Aaron Boone said Saturday that Judge is dealing with an elbow issue, Jack Curry of YES Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
Boone added that Judge had trouble throwing the ball in from the outfield during Friday's game against Philadelphia, so the Yankees brought him in for imaging and will hold him out of Saturday's contest. More information regarding the severity of his injury will be available once the results of his tests come back, but he can be considered day-to-day for the time being.

Judge isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Phillies.
EDGE Analysis
Judge will miss out on the starting nine for only the second time this season after going 1-for-13 with a home run and three RBI across New York's last four games. Jasson Dominguez, Trent Grisham and Cody Bellinger will start across the outfield while Judge rests.

Judge went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run Wednesday in a loss to Toronto.
EDGE Analysis
Judge went deep in the sixth inning, swatting a two-run shot that temporarily tied the game. It was his second homer since the All-Star break, though the slugger has gone just 4-for-22 with 10 strikeouts so far in the second half. Judge is up to 37 home runs on the season, tied with Shohei Ohtani for second-most in the majors behind Cal Raleigh (39).

Judge went 1-for-4 with a solo home run, an additional run scored and a walk Sunday in a 4-2 win against Atlanta.
EDGE Analysis
Judge got the scoring started Sunday with a 409-foot solo blast in the first inning. It was the fearsome slugger's first homer of the second half, and he's now up to 36 long balls on the campaign. Only Cal Raleigh (38) has more home runs than Judge this season.
