I think it would be an welcome improvement by separating suspended players from injured players. Our dynasty league allows IR usage for players Doubtful or Out. However suspended players are not IR eligible. Owners can still roster the player but as part of their active roster. A separate option on suspended players will allow us to fine tune our rosters or require us to choose which classifications from the list qualify for IR rather than from a point on that list.
