why not make a salary cap league & option of a nother type of league to run. say have the cap start out at 70 or 80 million$ (more like 80 million or more though) so that how much you would have to go into the start of the league & draft with. but the cap $ amount goes up each year. and put $ amounts on how much each player makes. but it would'nt be based on keepers it would be based on the cap $ you have to spend.
