We have a rule in our league where you can hold onto a rookie in a special roster slot. However, since we can't use the IR slot because we use IR, it is very difficult to police. Can you add a rookie slot option? It's the same thing as IR, but just for a rookie.

wow, if you feel like you have to police something like this you really have some trust issues with your leaguemates...
