The addition of the email draft was a good step forward, but it's been a couple seasons now and much needed refinements are still missing.

In my opinion, these are absolutely necessary:

- Draft Clock.

- Round limit. This is essential for dynasty leagues that have 4-5 round rookie drafts. As it is, the amount of picks a team has is automatically calculated to fill a roster. Does this actually happen in rookie drafts? Not in my leagues and I have personally never seen it happen this way. Typically there are 4 rounds. If it's your pick and your roster is full you can pass or draft and drop. I think the pick should always be displayed in this case rather than disappearing entirely. If you still have player spots left over you don't get compensatory picks. You fill it out via waivers after the draft is concluded.
