ESPN is an excellent site for Fantasy Footall agreed. We'd have our league there as well if they would only allow customized scoring by position. For that little detail alone we stay at FF.
A guy in one of my leagues recommended FanTrax.com. They have pretty flexible scoring options like here. They have free leagues as well as pay leagues. From what I can tell so far, it looks like you get most of the stuff you get here for free, there as well.
