This one might be a bit trickier, but I'd like to see one of the restrictions like a redshirt - once a player has started a fantasy game in the league he's no longer eligible.
I think 1 game might be little harsh personally as a rookie might get 5-10 snaps at end of a blow out win. Maybe a Snap count limit or maybe 16 games aka a full season.

1) being allowed to set restriction by years in league (rookies, 2 years, etc)
2) being able to draft directly to squad instead of having to move/drop current players
3) being able to have option of limiting player coming off taxi to go back on

Sorry, my definition wasn't clear. I meant if he'd started for his FANTASY team, not his real life team.
