The rankings are a joke. the top teams are in bogus leagues that only have one active team. You should make it so your team only counts if it is in a league with all active teams.
There are some loopholes those top teams figured out. It's something we will try to have this sorted out and it has been a work in progress we're aware of; we agree inactive teams should not count.
