a) you can change the draft order, but you can't add in an extra supplemental pick for a player or two, in between certain rounds. (e.g. as incentive to win the Consolation Playoffs, the winner would get an EXTRA pick at the end of, say, the 2nd round)
a) If you wanted to add a supplemental round between Rounds 1 and Two, edit Round Two order to make it supplemental round, then edit Round 3 to what Round 2 should be and so forth
b) Trading unavailable during live draft at this time, but upgrades to the draft software are coming, and trading is a possibility
I don't know that they are working on this. My intent was to provide you with an option in case you were not aware of all Flea has to offer. Actually, editing draft order is relatively simple and should take no more than 5-10 minutes.

a) You can do this before the draft takes place by editing the draft order under Commish Options
b) You can do this during an e-mail draft, as well as trade players

With draft picks being traded, adding a supplemental pick that way would be incredibly time-consuming.
I am merely suggesting adding an option that shouldn't be too difficult to add.
