It would be helpful if I, as the commish, was able to make claims and perform add/drops for other owners in my league. When guys are on vacation or when someone's PC breaks down, it would be very helpful.
Yes, there are a lot of limitations on Commish powers here on Flea. I think that this is due to the site being free. An increase in Commish powers would lead to more cheating by Commishes, a problem that is already rampant on Flea. Perhaps, though, Commishes in private leagues could be granted more powers.
