I've added a few scoring rules, most notably QB rating and QB completion %.  
 
Here are useful examples:  
  • 5 extra points when total QB Rating Points is greater than or equal to 110
  • 3 extra points when total Completion Percentage Points is greater than or equal to 70
 
 
What are some other scoring rules you'd like to see (if you've posted in the past on the suggestions forum please re-post here as well).

Offensive linemen.  
examples:  
1 point for every pancake  
-1 point for every sack  
 
Punters  
examples:  
1 point for every punt inside 20  
1 point for every 50 yards punting

I don't believe Pancakes are statistically kept by the NFL, and it would be hard to keep track of WHO gave up a sack. Understand that fleaflicker doesn't keep track of the stats, they use other sites to do do so.  
 
I think having an offensive line option would be nice, but it would still be hard to track pancakes.  
 
I wouldn't mind seeing punting options as well, but could do without it as well.
